At what age can my baby start to use your products?


Babies of all ages can use my products and they are especially good for baby's at teething age.




How long does shipping take?


Once the order is placed, it usually take us 1-3 days to complete the products. In the UK, normally with stantard delivery (2nd class) is 3-5 days. International delivery will take slightly longer depending on the area, but usually should be about 2 weeks.




What is the material of the products? And how safe is it for babies to use?


Our products are fully certified with EU safety regulation for all the materials we are using, it is food grade therefore safe for baby to chew on. They are natural silicone, wood, cotton, metal (only a little on dummy clip) which is BPA Free, Latex Free, Lead Free, Phthalate Free. Our handmade method is very secure for not causing chocking hazard as they are all double knoted with extra thick and higher quality strings, which you will find us better then those in the existing market. Even the toys will be teared apart, as it has been double knoted, so the beads will not fall out, it stays as it is, so no chance for baby to swallow, but just in case, we would recommend to take it off from the children when it happens. However, that requires very strong strength, it should not happen with an adult even doing it on purpose , so I can not really imagine a baby can make it happen so.




How do I store the product?


It is very important to keep it dry and clean while your baby is not using it.




How to clean the product?


You can clean it with a wet clot or in warm water.




What do I do if the product breaks or is damaged?


If the beads ever came off or any part of the teether is damaged, then it is very important to keep the whole product away from your baby and discard it. Always keep small objects away from your baby as they present a choking hazard. The buyer assumes all responsibility regarding the use and condition of the product. The seller is not responsible for negligence. I prepare every order myself in sturdy packaging, but In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in the post please get in contact with me as soon as possible.




Can I personalize the product?


Yes, you can. For all your special enquiries, please get in touch via the web page or instagram.




Can I request a product which is out of stock from the previous collections?


Yes, you can ask for exactly the same design, however, I would encourage you to ask for a similar idea of design, as every baby is unique and special, and I think it won't feel special anymore when exactly the same product goes to too many babies.




There is a product I wish to buy but it is 'out of stock online', where can I find it?


As we do not produce huge quantity for each design and we do supply some of the products to our stockist, sometimes you will find a product listed as 'out of stock online'. Please do contact me if you wish to buy the product, and I can check with my stockiest if they still have it in their stock and I will get back to you ASAP. Or you can just visit my stockist shop for it. You can find their details in the 'contact' page of the website.




How can I see the product before purchasing it?
